Training sessions are based on the “experiential learning cycle,” which allows participants to learn using hands-on experience. The experiential learning process taught in the training Institutes helps teachers implement experiential learning in their REAL classes and all other classes. REAL therefore exemplifies the new educational vision advocated by many of the nation’s business leaders and educators.

Each participant will receive a copy of the recently revised and updated K-8 REAL Entrepreneurship curriculum, which is broken down into three core components: REAL Entrepreneurial Enterprises, REAL Money Sense and REAL Civic Concerns. Several activities from each component will be covered during the Institute.

• Tuition: $1,500 (includes training, REAL Entrepreneurship Curriculum, most meals, and lodging).
